i haven't seen all the icons, cause my browser is a bit of distracted but as far as I can see, your font doesn't look nice enough. you need to feather it or at least use antia-alliasting or sth like that.

Yup. The colours used are really great. However I think you might need to turn your anti-alias on. That would make the font look much better.
